Shipping & Delivery
Within the EU you pay no shipping costs for orders over 50 euros. For orders up to 50 euros, the shipping costs are 6.99 euros (including VAT).
Delivery takes place from Monday to Saturday. Most packages are delivered by DHL, DPD or PostNL. You will receive a tracking code / track & trace code via email. If you are unexpectedly not at home at the time of delivery you will receive a message with the time when the carrier will again try to deliver the package or you receive a message where you can pick up the package.
Small parcels, which fit through the mailbox, are sent without a tracking code.
Larger parcels and/or pallets will be shipped with one of our freight carriers. You will receive a message from the carrier about the intended time of delivery. If this is not convenient for you, you can contact the carrier directly to arrange another delivery time.
Together with our partners we try to deliver your order as soon as possible. Each order placed on working days before 15:00 hrs is prepared and shipped the same day so that you have your order as soon as possible.
Orders with a shipping address within the Netherlands are usually delivered the next day. For other EU countries there is a delivery time of 2 to 5 working days. For orders with a shipping address outside the EU, please contact our customer service.
If an article is unexpectedly out of stock, this will be indicated. For an expected delivery time, we recommend that you contact our customer service. No rights can be derived from this delivery time.
It is not always possible to send all the items from your order at the same time. If there are still items to be sent, you can see this in your account. If all items are shipped, but you have not received everything, please contact our customer service.
